Efflorescence Boutique is a Local Home Base Flower Arranging Business For ALL Occasions created by an artist at heart. Every design is inspired by the receivers of the arraignments. We work with in your budget to help you realize your floral dreams. Our designs incorporate my studio arts and florist experience of more than 14 years. Flowers placed in a vase without any particular design are intrinsically beautiful; but the same flowers, arranged according to the basic principles of design become a work of art.
